The question/answers are not correct. The question says q,r and s are even consecutive integers.

1. 16-> 4q+12 = 16. so q has to be 1 but q is even. Hence this is not possible

2. 12->4q+12 = 12. So q=0, but q is even. Hence this is not possible

3. 7->4q+12 = 7. So q=-5/4 and hence q is NOT even. Hence this is also not possible

4. 0-->4q+12 = 0. So q=-3 and q is NOT even. Hence this is NOT possible

5. -20->4q+12 = -20. So q=-8 and hence q is even. This is also possible
